Tickets are confirmed after the actual deposit is verified. No refunds for changed plans or no-shows. Free whole-booking guest-name transfers may be requested from the original booking email before the online cutoff. If the event is cancelled, the full amount paid will be refunded; if rescheduled, a full refund is available on request. Refunds are processed separately by the organizer. Do I need to print a ticket?

Give your guest-list name and booking reference at the door. Your group may arrive separately; each person is checked in once. Admission is by the paid guest list; no printed ticket is required.

Can our group arrive separately?

Yes. We record how many people have arrived against your booking. Each person can enter once, up to your ticket quantity.

What if my payment is late?

Contact Buckwild before sending it. A late payment requires review and does not automatically restore an expired reservation.

Can I transfer my booking or request a refund?
