Complete it within 2 hours. You do not need a second device, a QR scanner, or a booking reference. Send the exact amount and we will match the deposit using your name and email. Tickets are confirmed after the actual deposit is verified.

Payment, cancellation & transfer policy

Choose e-transfer or card when reserving. E-transfer bookings close November 14, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. Eastern; send payment within two hours of booking. Late verification does not cancel your booking; tickets are activated after the deposit is verified, subject to capacity. Card bookings close at 6 p.m.; finish Stripe Checkout within the time shown there. Advance tickets are $20 until 6 p.m.; paper and door tickets are $25 from 6 p.m. Tickets are confirmed after payment is verified. No refunds for changed plans or no-shows. Free whole-booking guest-name transfers may be requested from the original booking email before the online cutoff. If the event is cancelled, the full amount paid will be refunded; if rescheduled, a full refund is available on request. Refunds are processed separately by the organizer. Your name and email are used to manage your booking and admission.

Your ticket is sent after we verify your e-transfer.

The first email confirms your reservation only. After we verify the actual deposit, we’ll email your paid confirmation and ticket link. You do not need to scan anything or use a second device while purchasing. At the door, you may show the ticket on your phone or print it; your guest-list name and booking reference are backup options.

Submitting this form reserves places. It does not confirm payment.

BEFORE THE SHOW

A few good things to know.

Do I need to print a ticket?

No. Show each person’s QR ticket on a phone, or print it if you prefer. If a QR code is unavailable, door staff can look up the paid booking using your guest-list name and booking reference.

Do I need a second device or QR scanner to buy tickets?

No. Choose e-transfer from your usual banking app or pay on Stripe’s checkout. We email the paid confirmation and ticket links after payment is verified. QR scanning is only used by Buckwild staff at the door.

Can our group arrive separately?

Yes. Each confirmed admission has its own ticket. Each person may enter once.

What if my payment is late?

Send payment within your booking’s payment window. Passing that time does not automatically cancel your reservation. The organizer can still activate tickets after verifying the deposit, subject to capacity. Contact Buckwild if you need help.
